ORDER PROCESS
Normal order usually can be shipped in 10-15 days.Some product we have stock in USA, CA and NJ state, it shipped 1-3 days.OEM orders about 12-15 days according qty and how fast sample confirm. Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, for large volume orders, or when custom packaging is required. We prioritize orders based on customer tier, payment terms, and shipping method selected. After the processing period, an email tracking notification will be automatically sent when the package is prepared for shipment and transferred to carriers for delivery. All shipping transit times are estimated delivery periods and not guaranteed.
Our daily shipping cutoff time for express B2B orders is at 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and 3:00 PM PST for standard orders. We process B2B orders from 8:00 AM PST – 4:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. No orders are processed on weekends, U.S. federal holidays, or during scheduled maintenance periods.
Due to regulatory compliance requirements, all B2B packages will require Business Signature upon delivery with appropriate business identification verification. The shipping carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts to the business address. Please ensure an authorized representative is available to receive and sign for packages during business hours.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
Shipping Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that meet the following B2B criteria. Review the policies to understand coverage for lost, stolen, and damaged business shipments.
- Packages Presumed to be Lost
Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not “delivered”):
- 10 business days after the last tracking update for United States domestic B2B shipments
- 25 business days after the last tracking update for international B2B shipments
- Tracking status shows undelivered or Alert status
- Partial Order Delivery
If the customer ordered multiple items in one shipment but only part of the order arrived with no evidence of tampering.
If a single B2B order is shipped in multiple packages and one or more packages do not arrive.
- Delivered but Missing Package
Order issues for packages marked “delivered” yet not received are considered stolen. Please contact us within 24 hours after delivery for B2B orders.
- Delivered to Wrong Business Address
If the customer provided the correct business address at checkout and the package was delivered to an incorrect address.
- Damaged Items Upon Arrival
Order issues for damaged B2B shipments must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery date. A damaged item is considered to be a broken product that is unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not designed to be bendable), crushed, or otherwise compromised for business use.

Our warehouse is located in California. Free shipping is available for qualifying B2B orders within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. Volume discounts and negotiated shipping terms are available for established business accounts.
